I’m leaving one star for the excellent work that was done by someone with this company previously to help us with an electrical problem with our stove. Other than that, however, this company has been completely unprofessional in handling an important electrical upgrade my family needed that was scheduled to be at the end of this month. No communication for the month, the voice mailbox of the owner is always full, and then when they said they’d be out this past week to get a start on prep they never showed up or communicated ... read more
In February our service was ripped off our our house, in the early evening. Called Underwood and Mike came and worked with the power company to ensure we had power that evening. Came back the next day to sure things up and get us thru the remainder of the winter! Bob came back a few weeks ago and got us up to code - we are now looking good and plenty safe!
Bob does an excellent hookup job
Unfortunately I can not comment on their actual work. However how employees treat people (customers or not) speaks volumes about the company. One of their drivers was annoyed at the fact he had to sit in traffic an extra few seconds while my daughter and I crossed in front of the work van he was driving. Not only was he annoyed he also yelled at us to use a cross walk. I responded this is a crosswalk and he argued it was not.
