Called today to book an appointment for my kids. First call, held for a few minutes before someone came on the line and asked me to hold. 8 minutes later I hung up. Called back, again, held for a bit, this time someone (named sheetha I think), answered, took a few details and then asked me to hold again. After 5 minutes I hung up again. Have always enjoyed going to the dentist, only because they make it such a comfortable and great experience. Dr Ben Thai always looks after my teeth, and helps me be proud of my smile!!
