We’ve been referring clients to Dr. Lucy Underwood and her team for therapy for the past several years now and have received nothing but positive feedback from them about their professionalism, quality of care, and knowledge related to mental health issues and treatment. It’s been a pleasure collaborating with Lucy, Neil, Rayna, Rhonda & Allison to help people in our community overcome their struggles-highly recommend 10/10!
My therapist here suddenly stopped talking to us and I dont know why. I got new insurance and we tried to pay and set up appointments and the therapist and Dr Underwood did not reply. We have the money to pay and we want to start up again but I dont really know what to do. It makes me sad coz the therapist was nice and I am anxious when ever I think about it coz I dont know what happened
She plays God in the peoples lives she works with. Used her when my daughter was younger. Daughter stopped going. Know two of her clients now. Shares client info. Does not give good sound advice. Has hurt many others with her advice, my family included.. Her ability not to use discernment with patients is very unsettling. Be careful before you choose your therapist.
So grateful for a quick email back to schedule! When I didn’t hear back, I left confused.
