Fantastic experience. I have been seeing Dr.Underwood for right at 3 months and he has done wonders for my back. He is the first chiropractor who did not try and just popped my back when I walked through the door. He takes his time to find your problem and then solve it.
Dr. Underwood does excellent work and I’ve been happy with the care I’ve received. However, I would strongly caution others to pay close attention to billing and scheduling practices. I came in earlier than my originally scheduled appointment and, at that time, verbally canceled my upcoming appointment. Unfortunately, the front desk appears to be understaffed and somewhat disorganized. The staff member I spoke with seemed inexperienced and did not process the cancellation correctly. Great service and Dr.Underwood doesn’t sugarcoat anything, he tells you exactly what you need to do and he gets it fixed. He wants the best for each and every one of his patients so don’t hesitate to tell him if something is wrong.
Dr Underwood provided exactly the care and expertise I needed following the demolition derby I participated in. I never felt pressured to keep coming back after my symptoms subsided and that was much appreciated. You have one very satisfied customer here and I will continue to return to Dr Underwood as long as I keep putting my body through abuse.
Dr. Underwood is amazing at getting you back to life when those unwanted pains and injuries happen. I have been going to him for 6 years. 2 of those years have been due to a car accident injury, but he helps keep the body moving and not locking up more. Highly recommend just for routine maintenance too.
