By far best company for home insurance in FL and the best rate! I shopped everywhere and so thankful I came across Underwood they got me a great policy at a fraction of the cost after looking at 5-6 other options. Great customer service and communication as well! WORST INSURANCE AGENCY IN PENSACOLA I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!! I am a long time real estate investor and homeowner and have never received such poor service. As for service after the initial sale, forget about it! Commission paid, service stops! You can never get your agent on the phone, they do not return emails, messages, nothing.
