I'm disappointed with the service I received from this pool company. Despite scheduling an appointment and specifically requesting notification before they arrived, they showed up unannounced and attempted to close my dirty pool without my consent. When called to complain, Judy was super rude and claimed she called me three times (total lie!). I feel like I wasted a whole month keeping my pool open. ZERO starts would be more appropriate. I cannot express how poorly I was treated. I scheduled (in August) for my pool to be closed at the end of September. My house was being sold and needed it closed as a condition of the sale. I called multiple times as the end of September approached and into early October. Each time I called I was simply told that I was not on their schedule yet and that they would call when they could put me on the schedule. This is the type of local business you want to use, but they just make it impossible to do so. If you have to purchase pool supplies here, that’s one thing (although their prices are high). I’d highly recommend to avoid using them to open/close your pool. I probably left 7/8 messages for the owner, every call went unreturned. Their systems for this service are completely broken, and to make it even worse, they don’t care at all. Will not use them for anything moving forward.
