I'm disappointed with the service I received from this pool company. Despite scheduling an appointment and specifically requesting notification before they arrived, they showed up unannounced and attempted to close my dirty pool without my consent. When called to complain, Judy was super rude and claimed she called me three times (total lie!). I feel like I wasted a whole month keeping my pool open.
