Ordered bands in 2020. They were a pricey option but I was given a lifetime warranty on the bands so I bought them. One just broke, I emailed pics and was told there was a one year warranty. I sent them proof of their lifetime warranty with my purchase and they said they'd send me a replacement for the medium band that broke. I never received the band so I emailed them multiple times after that. Ghosted

100% honest and fair company. The products are as described and they do not blow up your inbox with spam. The fitness programs are simple to follow. I was derailed by my own situation but believe if I continued to follow the plan it would have produced results as I saw some in the short time I followed it. I recently was hit with an auto renew I forgot to cancel. I sent 1 email to customer service explaining I was not using the program anymore. Atrocious customer service. I have an issue with a band, and I have tried the following: filled out a contact us form on their website 3 times over the course of a couple months, sent an email and was given a warranty form to fill out (and also subtly accusing me of using them improperly), filled out a warranty claim form, received zero response after about a month, sent a follow up email, zero response again after a few weeks.
Just snapped into my face using for chest (bench press) trash.
