I really like the process they use to match you with a therapist and the degree of how successful the match was is kinda crazy lol

Starts out pretty good, but after a while, just started going downhill. I have not had a appointment in months because they cancel on me, sometimes the day of. While I understand sometimes life happens, the 1 time I cancelled day of, I still had to pay because I didnt cancel at least 25 hours in advance, even tho I had woken up with a fever and it wasn't possible to cancel before I did. They are also difficult to get ahold of. Seek therapy elsewhere.
Been really pleased with everyone I’ve encountered here and will refer folks!
