Just had my necklace set by John and he did a phenomenal job! John was extremely polite, knowledgeable, quick, and his price is very reasonable! He even helped me do a gold test to validate the setting is 18k! Highly recommend John and will be revisiting when I need work done in the future!

I haven’t done the service yet but just spoke to the owner on the phone. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, let me know the setting service I needed is simple (same as my understanding but so many jewelers try to make it appear complicated over the phone), can be done same day, and his price is very reasonable! I’m willing to drive an hour to see him based on this interaction alone. Will update the review after the service.

John was able to fix my necklace in 30 mins. He was very pleasant to work with. Even showed me a lil jeweler trick which I'm grateful for. I highly recommend Underhill Studio.

I absolutely recommend Underhill Studio. Johnny resized my ring in 15 min using a laser welder, and invited me to watch the process while explaining the details. The result was amazing, flawless. I also gave him another ring to clean and polish, perfect result. He is very knowleagable and has a real passion for his work.
