Lance, owner at Underhill, was great from the first instant I walked in. His customer service and care for others is top-notch, which can be difficult to experience at many businesses. He was very helpful in, first letting me borrow a paint sample book to determine best colors for 1-2 weeks for a small refundable deposit and he is very patient even when he is busy helping multiple guests. A visit to this store is like going back in time, when you enter a privately-owned business and the owner smiles and acknowledges you, and proceeds to offer you a nationally-recognized quality product at 1/2 to 1/3 the price of big stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, and Sherwin Williams. Affordable prices great service my favorite paint shop lance is so nice and very helpful thank you so much this is the only place I go 10 buck a gallon can’t beat that. Even when I can’t find the paint they always say well if it doesn’t match bring it back and we’ll figure it out what else we can do I just love it feels like home thank you
