I'm done. Twenty years of bringing my pets and I am done with the wait times. Two and a half hours I waited recently and I know it can be anywhere from 30 minutes to almost three hours. Time is valuable and everyone has too many things to do. My husband and I fight about whose afternoon is going to be possibly shot to pieces, whose turn it is to take one of the pets up. I have made all of the excuses for them... and told myself to be patient but I am done.
Took our elderly dog into get updated vaccines, staff was kind, helpful. Dr thorough, I think from my experience. Neighbor recommended to us, will go back again. As with everything, costs are rising. Had his nails clipped, they did a thorough job. He gets really long nails, will take him again
This veterinary practice has some strengths and weaknesses. Strengths: - nice vet techs - easy place for routine care (vaccinations etc). - fairly clean considering how many animals they see per day. - if you call and are willing to hold for anywhere from 1 minute to 10, they will do their best to answer your questions thoroughly - have a little pocket in the waiting area that breaks line of sight with most of the waiting area for animals that may struggle in this setting. - have a little human snack area in the waiting room... read more

Dr. Hill and his staff are phenomenal They have been treating my precious little Lilly, Happy and Kitty doctors for 23 years (since 2002)! They are very, very professional at all times I would highly recommend Underhill Animal Hospital
