I’ve been a loyal client since 2015, spending thousands at this clinic—x-rays, surgeries, even end-of-life care for my Boxer. On Saturday, I was told someone would call me Monday to schedule my Frenchie’s C-section. Today, I had to chase them and drive in just to be told they refuse—because they “can’t determine how far along she is,” even though I provided the timeline and shared that she’s due this week. My dog’s emergency became an inconvenience to them. I’m devastated and deeply disappointed.
Front office staff lacks a measurable amount of professionalism. I’m always put on immediate hold every time I call. Anytime I walk in for an appointment, I have to wait the better half of an hour to be seen. Sucks because this vet has been our preferred vet for 15 years.
A caring staff who all made the end of life for both of our pets as easy as possible. So much care and thought put into our experience. We are grateful for the respect paid to our Lorkan (12/20) and Connor (04/22) and to us in their final moments❤️🐾🌈 . They are also taking great care of our new puppy Maximus ! He loves days at Petopia
It was my first time here with my dog he had an appointment for 11:30am and we were with the doctor until 1:00pm… many time waiting, the excuse was emergencies before us. I understand that but if you ask them about the delay, apart from the fact that they don't have the humility to accept their mistake, or whatever they look at you with contempt. 0 education, 0 symphathy, 0 communication that girls.They were defensively and offensively as well. Lake underhill has been taking care of my 3 dogs for over 7 years. Our beagle was so taken cared of And loved while he was in their care. When he passed some techs were visibly upset showing how much they loved him.
