Fun Down Under This bar is the least pretentious place in the Gold Coast. It's dirty, dark, and so much fun! The night I was there, a reggae band was playing and one of the owners (with an incredible voice) jumped on stage and started singing along. Everyone there is having a great time and incredibly friendly. Drinks are cheap. Space is limited- so later in the night, it got a little cramped, but it was still one of my favorite spots. It's been around forever and has a very "cheers" vibe. Highly recommended!
Fantastic live music With almost a speakeasy feel (for starters, it's a garden-level club) Underground Wonder Bar is a great place to hear live music, especially late-night. Go see Desi and Twinray there - amazing.
