Great gym! Great trainers who work with individuals of all ages.
I’ve done both personal training and small group sessions here and the experience has been amazing. I've seen results and gotten stronger. Hands down best gym. I highly recommend!!
Great vibe, great energy and even greater people
UGT is an awesome second home for my two boys. They weight train with Nick, Mr Strongman!! And Shingo-san for boxing!! The whole crew there from the owner to the trainers and other workout ppl are like family. I gladly support them and recommend UGT and their trainers to anyone - young or old! Keep up the great work!!
