Underground Training is a boutique fitness studio on the North Fork of Long Island. Group classes are available in studio, following all necessary COVID safety protocols. All classes also have a live zoom option if you prefer to train at home. Class sizes are small and socially distanced making reservations a must. You can book through the MINDBODY app. Private and small group training is also available at the studio. Please send an email if you are interested or have any questions.

Amazing workouts that are not too technical in a friendly, open, supportive and welcoming environment. The classes are great bc I can just drop in, get an intense workout, and be sore the next 2 days which always feels good. Wish I knew of this place sooner! .
