I had a great experience at Underground Strength Gym. Lenny and his team are exceptionally friendly and consistently check on your progress, which helps keep you accountable. The best part is that you’re not working out alone—you get to train in a group setting with an energetic and motivating atmosphere. I highly recommend checking out this gym!

This place has changed my life. When I started going to Underground Strength Gym I was incredibly unfit, unmotivated and unfulfilled. Jesse Toukus and Lenny have been great support to help drive positive change in my life. If you are thinking about how to make a change, underground is the best place to go.

Lenny and his team of trainers (Jesse, Sara, Gabe and Ericka) have been very helpful and accommodating since starting. This is great training community for novices and intermediate lifters as well

Have only just joined Underground Strength Gym but am really enjoying the challenge. The coaches are very attentive and cater for all strengths. I really like the small group classes as this way you're given far more personal attention by the coaches.
