Highly recommend this place. Perfect for a small group or a personalised gym. Since it's always on schedule and different sets everyday, it naturally motivates you to be there. Both Lenny and Jessie are quite knowledgabele.
I've been training at Underground three times a week and absolutely love it! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to understand what works best for you. Even though it's a group class, everyone moves at their own pace, and there's no pressure—just encouragement. The community is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I hadn’t trained in years before coming here, and this place got me back into it. The coaches are awesome—super supportive, always helping with form, and giving advice that makes a difference. The vibe is great, and the training areas are solid. Really glad I found this spot!
This gym is exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable coaches and an environment that is not intimidating for someone new to strength training. It's great having small group classes where you never have to worry about equipment availability and the coaches keep a close eye on your technique. I definitely don't think I would be making this sort of progress on my own in a standard gym.
Lenny and his team have been amazing - they make you feel welcome and create a motivating and inspiring environment. Their expertise and encouragement have been instrumental in helping me work towards achieving my strength training goals. The small classes and keeping me accountable, have been key highlights of my experience so far.
