I really enjoy my sessions with Kaito and I love it that everyone coming out of the class before have a smile on their face. Huge thanks Kai and Lenny …I feel so much better in myself and even after a few weeks my bags of groceries don’t feel as heavy as they used to!

Highly recommend this place. Perfect for a small group or a personalised gym. Since it's always on schedule and different sets everyday, it naturally motivates you to be there. Both Lenny and Jessie are quite knowledgabele.
I've been training at Underground three times a week and absolutely love it! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to understand what works best for you. Even though it's a group class, everyone moves at their own pace, and there's no pressure—just encouragement. The community is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
