After my physio recommended strength training, a friend suggested Lenny at UGS—and I’m so glad I went with them. Training with Adrian and Lenny has made the gym feel approachable, motivating, and effective. I look forward to every session and highly recommend the team to anyone wanting to build strength and age well.
Highly recommend this place. Perfect for a small group or a personalised gym. Since it's always on schedule and different sets everyday, it naturally motivates you to be there. Both Lenny and Jessie are quite knowledgabele.
I've been training at Underground three times a week and absolutely love it! The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really take the time to understand what works best for you. Even though it's a group class, everyone moves at their own pace, and there's no pressure—just encouragement. The community is super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
I hadn’t trained in years before coming here, and this place got me back into it. The coaches are awesome—super supportive, always helping with form, and giving advice that makes a difference. The vibe is great, and the training areas are solid. Really glad I found this spot!
This gym is exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgeable coaches and an environment that is not intimidating for someone new to strength training. It's great having small group classes where you never have to worry about equipment availability and the coaches keep a close eye on your technique. I definitely don't think I would be making this sort of progress on my own in a standard gym.
