Been going to Underground for about 2 years. Up until this year, they were great, very helpful, and professional. But lately, not so much. Seems that every week we're there, there's a new rule. For example, for 2 years we were allowed to purchase our products and take them home for self administration, which was ideal for us. But now, if my husband goes in for our shots, he is forced to get his done in house. She is a very professional person. I went for a prescription from my doctor for carpal tube syndrome. With the first injection, I felt better. I also tried the injection for weight loss, as it has been difficult to lose weight due to stress and anxiety. It's a 10/10. Thank you, Miss Erica, for your attentive service. I have already taken two other people, and they are just as satisfied as I am. It's worth mentioning that I travel 6 hours from my home in NC. Thank you.

5 stars all around. To begin, Justin is very patient, and you can tell he has a passion for patients and his job overall. Adrianna is the NP I have spoken with, and she is very thorough with assessing possible changes within a patient’s everyday norm.
