I've gone back to the gym after a bit of a hiatus and was a little nervous at first. But Dan and the other trainers have made it incredibly easy. The gym offers a variety of different group classes that make it easy to fit a lift or two into my schedule. The vibes are also top notch and coming in is something I look forward to every week! 10/10 would recommend.
This gym has a great atmosphere. Dan and the other trainers really make an effort to make the space welcoming, and the classes are challenging while still being fun and engaging. Couldn't ask for more.
A few weeks in and feel great! Dan and all of the trainers put together challenging but also adaptable workouts & classes. Fun and welcoming members. A real community vibe that I really appreciate. Best decision!
Absolutely love this gym! I didn’t think I’d feel comfortable since I never went to a gym before, but I am really happy I joined USC. I get pushed and encouraged a lot, so it motivates me to go multiple times a week.
