Underground Strength and Conditioning isn’t just another gym — it’s the place where goals, grit, and fun live. The coaches are incredible — they actually take the time to know you, understand your goals, and help you get there. You leave every session proud, stronger, and already pumped for the next one. The community makes it the highlight of my week. Honestly, if you’re serious about levelling up your strength game — and you know you’ll thrive with accountability and a crew that cheers you on — USC is where you want to be.
If you're looking for an energetic, fun and motivating environment to cultivate your crossfit practice, Underground Strengtgh and Conditioning is your best bet. The team of professional coaches are amazing. They make every effort to know who you are, what your goals are and work with you to achieve them. Had a great couple visits at Underground while in town for a few days in early August. Did a Saturday morning class and drop-in open gym. Great facilities and great coaching. Highly recommend!
