great vibe! I came with absolutely no experience in strength training and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It is a great environment to learn new skills and push yourself whatever that means to you :)
Recently used underground S&C's facilities during a recent holiday. Dan the owner was professional, friendly and super accommodating/approachable. For olympic weightlifting, look no further - they are well stocked and even have kg plates! It's clear that the community is friendly and supportive. Highly recommended and would gladly use their facilities in the future.
I had such a great time at this box! The coach is incredibly thorough with explaining each move (and the warm up). The space is super clean btw. The vibes were great and bonus points for the lovely disco ball. Can’t wait to be back so soon in Ottawa and break a sweat with these amazing people :)
It was a well stocked gym with a good atmosphere.
As a former competitive Crossfitter and now recreational fitnesser, I take every opportunity I can to do a drop-in class at Underground where my daughter is a member. I am thoroughly impressed with Coach Dan's knowledge and attitude. He "gets" that CrossFit is about community and allowing the athlete to challenge themselves (with proper coaching) and to ensure that no matter how hard the WOD is, every athlete can find the joy in it.
