I’ve been loving the weekly strength training classes at USC. Coach Dan is very approachable, takes time to demonstrate the workout and the best part is the feedback you get in helping you improve the form. That guidance makes a huge difference if you want to train properly rather than aimlessly pump weights. The gym is clean, well equipped and the community is welcoming. Class booking is on the app and there is plenty of parking if that matters! Highly recommend!
great vibe! I came with absolutely no experience in strength training and everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. It is a great environment to learn new skills and push yourself whatever that means to you :)
Recently used underground S&C's facilities during a recent holiday. Dan the owner was professional, friendly and super accommodating/approachable. For olympic weightlifting, look no further - they are well stocked and even have kg plates! It's clear that the community is friendly and supportive. Highly recommended and would gladly use their facilities in the future.
I had such a great time at this box! The coach is incredibly thorough with explaining each move (and the warm up). The space is super clean btw. The vibes were great and bonus points for the lovely disco ball. Can’t wait to be back so soon in Ottawa and break a sweat with these amazing people :)
It was a well stocked gym with a good atmosphere.
