I'm in Waco for a Wastewater conference and wanted to get a good workout in. I happened upon this gym with a reasonable price for a day pass. Lots of different machines and free weights and it wasn't jam-packed at 18:00 in the evening. This is more of a hardcore style gym as compared to a crunch or a Planet Fitness. I'm a competitive bodybuilder when I want to be and this is the kind of gym I would work out at.
I love this place can wait to see what I can learn. No crazy looks everyone is very respectful.
Great no frills gym
Worked out here for just shy of a year. The facilities were always well kept, and I never had to wait for equipment to become available. This is your no-frills, come in and get it done type of gym. Sandy, the owner, is amazing and very quick to respond to messages and requests. Great location, amazing gym. They have everything you've ever even thought you might need. Highly recommend.
I've been to many gyms, and Underground Performance is great. Definitely recommended.
