I have been at this gym for almost 2 years now, so I suppose it’s time to write a review! It is a true garage/warehouse gym NO frills but all the equipment you could possibly need for mobility, Olympic WL, yoga, powerlifting, bodybuilding, strongman, CrossFit style, or just a plan good workout. You won’t find a ton of treadmills or a stair master because the owners know there are much more efficient ways to reach your cardio goals.
