I got recommended to bring my trucks here from another contractor that tried them out and did not disappoint. Happy to say so far both my trucks have been worked on and done great work, hard to find trustworthy people to work on vehicles these days but they are definitely it , thank you.
Top notch customer service. These guys go above a beyond what most other shops call good customer service. They handle there business with pride and it shows with how they operate. No other shop i have ever been to will send you pictures and video when they find a problem so you know they aren't just yanking your leg. Underground does and guys in the shop know there stuff and the lady up front is a pleasure to deal with. If you ever need work done these are they guys to call. 100%
We take all of our vehicles here and they are amazing!
Needed some door handle work and trailer plug work on the truck side that was not getting brake light signal. They did fine with the door work but when it came to trailer plug part, they misdiagnosed it, installed a trailer brake controller on it that they claimed fixed it. When I picked the truck up I took it home that night to find the trailer plug brake lights still not working.
