Just had my first appointment here and had a wonderful experience with Adela. I got a perm and she did such a great job. I have quite thick& extremlyy straight hair and she was so diligent and patient. She did a great job at answering any and all questions I had and made me feel very comfortable! It is quite difficult to find a salon that does perms in the 805 and Adela totally came to the rescue! I am so pleased with the results :’) the salon itself is so cute w so much character. I attempted to reach the salon several times to reschedule my appointment, but my calls went unanswered. Despite leaving multiple messages with my phone number, there was no response. This experience has been quite disappointing.
