Excellent gym
Hand's up, Hands down... Best Gym in Newhaven...I've had the most welcoming experience here. Great Staff, excellent facilities and the sauna here is really great. Highly recommend *******
Great facilities. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Aimee is a great PT and Ollie does a great sports massage.
Excellent gym with a wide range of equipment, including cardio and just about every weights machine you might ever need. Cannot fault the staff - they offer PT sessions along with general advice. Shout out to Jim on the front desk who is always there helping to make it a great atmosphere, as well as a top class PT to boot!
