Duane is Awesome and extremely knowledgeable. All I have to do is show up do my workout, which changes everyday. He encourages you and guides you with proper form and motivation -- Lots of great energy I love it!!! Best Workout Ever and Great Results!!!
Love this gym! Its rare to find a gym that feels like home, where nobody is trying to impress another, and everyone is just enjoying a kick butt workout. Duane is a great guy and is super knowledgable and has great discernment to help people reach fitness goals. This is the place to get in shape.
