A very good gym with a clean, modern, and well-maintained environment. The equipment is high quality and suitable for all fitness levels. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with proper workout guidance. I really appreciate the motivating and disciplined atmosphere that helps me stay consistent. It’s spacious and never feels overcrowded, making workouts comfortable and effective. Overall, it’s a great place to achieve fitness goals and stay healthy.

This place had roaches all over and machines are extremely dirty. As I walked in place reeked of marijuana n I had a bad reaction. The service was thumbs down and so unhelpful I asked for help and employee laughed at me

I’ve been trained by Alex for almost a year. I feel so empowered. She has taught me about self discipline and shown me how strong I am time and time again. I also love being apart of a smaller local gym, it’s a lot less stressful for me and lets me fully focus on myself and my own journey! 🤍

This is truly where “Stella got her groove back” I was at my lowest in life what it felt like and I gave the gym a shot . I felt good about myself & I used the encouragement that was used in the gym in my life . Preserving until the finish line .
