This place had roaches all over and machines are extremely dirty. As I walked in place reeked of marijuana n I had a bad reaction. The service was thumbs down and so unhelpful I asked for help and employee laughed at me

I’ve been trained by Alex for almost a year. I feel so empowered. She has taught me about self discipline and shown me how strong I am time and time again. I also love being apart of a smaller local gym, it’s a lot less stressful for me and lets me fully focus on myself and my own journey! 🤍

This is truly where “Stella got her groove back” I was at my lowest in life what it felt like and I gave the gym a shot . I felt good about myself & I used the encouragement that was used in the gym in my life . Preserving until the finish line . Underground Fitness is unlike any gym I've ever worked out at before. The more intimate setting and one on one coaching is helping me to achieve goals I thought were beyond me. Alex works with me to make sure I'm confident in my workouts while still pushing me out of my comfort zone. I'm more at ease than I've ever been in any gym and stronger than I thought I'd ever be.
