The person who represented you and performed the work was Alex. He was very professional and was knowledgeable. He explained what he would be doing and the process. When he encountered a few hiccups, he called for assistance to move forward. He removed tree roots allowing for free flow of the sewer water.
Absolute best service ever!! Knowledgeable, kind, and informative.. they didn't give us the run around like other companies.. the price was also cheaper than the rest.. they are the 6th plumber we've had since February and my sewer is finally draining again 🤗
