It’s been a while since I did a UA review, so I thought it was time for an update. If you read the reviews you already know that UA is an amazing place.. First off this place is AMAZING! I’ve been going here for a year, about 2-3 times every week, and it was the best decision. The company, the coaches, the workout plans, the space. If you want to get healthy and don’t know where to start or even if you are a regular gym goer this place is for you. I’d whole heartedly recommend anyone here, that’s how great this place is. Great gym, contained space, knowledgeable trainers. The trainers are very friendly, know their job well, and will share information. They are all supportive and the group of people who works out here are great. Everyone is welcoming.
Best gym in NoVa. I've been going to UA for 10 years and really do love it. The trainers, the programs and the sense of community are awesome. All ages and fitness levels will feel comfortable at UA.
Great gym! Is recommend it for a plethora of reasons but the atmosphere and the team make it stand out :) happy to have met this fit family!
