Unbelievable frustration. 0 customer service as a novice installer for a 6000 dollar part, correspondence (strictly over email) was unenthused and lackluster for such a large purchase. Representative made me lose all hope in truck mods. When offered a more simple solution to a wiring install that was proving very difficult, my hope was lifted. Incredible shop. Got the rotrex kit for my 3rd gen tacoma and it is awesome. If I ever had any problems or issues they answer fast and resolve my issues quickly. They even accommodated me with replacement parts overseas. Can't say enough good things about the URD team.
Ordered 800 dollars worth of parts and 1 item I determined I no longer needed. I work out of town so I’m only back at my actual house a few times a month. When I got around to trying to return 1 item I was met with URD telling me the $400 dollar part would cost more to restock and they would not let me return item.

I don't own a Toyota, but ordered a replacement Rotrex for my Miata. I emailed first to make sure they had it in stock, and got a quick response, also with a reminder that all the lines and cooler should be changed to prevent contamination. Package came quickly will everything included to swap out my unit, except the cooler which I sourced myself. New lines, reservoir, filter, clamps and the special traction fluid. Overall great experience.
