July 9 2021, I bought an older mobile home and transportation and setup agreement from Cody Welty. The day of the move the crew snapped the mobile home in half while moving it onto the property, leaving it halfway in the road and halfway on the property. They packed up their equipment and left, kept all my “deposit” money, blocked me on everything. 0 stars, bad person, bad business.
Not a good company by any means...and now that he owes me 10 grand he's not accepting phone calls.
