We desperately needed a new front porch and a small back deck as our original ones were 20+ years old and falling apart. Wade and crew were amazing! They put in luxury vinyl flooring and transformed my mother’s condo! It was also very challenging due to the subfloor being concrete and cracked but it came together beautifully! Wade got it done for me in a timely manner so I could get it on the market quickly. Highly recommend!
I have used Wade Cedar and Underdog Construction for several projects over the last year and 1/2. Wade is professional, down to earth, punctual and communicates all updates to the work or changes to a schedule. The most recent project was shelving in a built in cabinet. It came out beautiful and I was able to condense 4 cabinets worth of contents into 1 built in. We already have another project in process of moving washer/dryer upstairs into our unit and it has been a great experience so far!
