Reliable and organized.
I had an excellent experience with Undercover Tent. They were professional, responsive and helpful. We had to change plans last minute due to possible high winds - Tony came prepared with alternate plans for us to approve and assured us it would be excellent. We had full confidence in him and he executed a beautiful setup. We were so happy with the result and would work with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Tony, Kaylee and Bill!
Kaylee, Tony and the whole Undercover Tent team were absolutely amazing to work with throughout our planning and executing on our backyard wedding. We had a tight space so they came to take a look six months in advance when we were trying to figure out what configuration of tent/tents we could fit in. Tony did detailed measurements and suggested that we could fit in one of their beautiful tidewater sailcloth tents, which was perfect! Rented tents, tables, chairs and linens for a party, the staff was professional, mindful of our property and very courteous. They came a few times during the weekend to check if tents were secure due to a storm. Highly recommend using Undercover Tents. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you Undercover Tents for making our guests dry and comfortable.
Kaylee and the team at undercover were amazing to work with for our wedding. As we were planning and changing the event frequently both before and during covid, they were always accommodating, honest, and helpful. Our tent looked beautiful and the team doing setup and breakdown were professional and friendly. We loved our farm tables too! Thank you Undercover!
