We had Master Decks replace our old wood deck with a new composite deck, which came out excellent. They did a fantastic job. And since we have a walk-out basement, we had the Undercover Systems team, lead by Nick, add an uncover system to our deck. It exceeded our expectations. It looks beautiful, the workmanship is fantastic and Nick and his team were a delight to work with. I highly recommend Master Decks and Undercover Systems. Great people, great quality.
Several years ago we installed sheeting under the deck to keep the area dry, but it was leaking everywhere and was a general mess. We decided to have it professionally done by Undercover Systems. After several rains, we are very happy with the new space that is actually dry now. The price surprised us since it included removal and discarding of the old sheeting, so we had to get it done. Install went as planned and finished on time. Cary in Sales went over the solution thoroughly and outlined the options we had. Nick and Landon were patient and professional on getting the job done and answered all my questions. Great solution for your deck and I highly recommend the product and company!
I had an under deck installed and couldn’t be happier. Cary led me through all the options, answered my questions, and provided me with great advice. He was able to call and get me into the supply order so I could get it installed sooner. Communication from order to install was top notch. Cristian, Landon, and Calvin were excellent with the install. On time and fast.
We are so pleased with Josh, Taylor and Millen at Undercover Systems. The work was completed just as we hoped it would. It looks great!
