Mike is a GREAT guy! He was informative and has an extensive knowledge of his products. Additionally, he was very flexible and willing to work with us regarding the delivery and installation of our hot tub. Would definitely recommend Undercover Beds & Spasif you are shopping hot tubs (beds too actually as they have a nice selection)!
