I got an amazing deal on my prom dress alteration. The seamstress made sure I was 100% satisfied with my dress. Excellent costumer service.
NO stars. This shop owes me a big refund for items I first prototyped with the owner, sitting in the shop. I watched her sew the prototype right there in front of me. Then, we contracted for numerous items of that pattern. And I paid her in full. HER delivery date for me was in July. Two months later, I've received about HALF of the entire order!
