Wow. Who ever the lady was that answered the phone was horrible. I will never do business with this family. I am currently on vacation in Florida, I noticed companies selling in bulk so I am searching for a new supplier in Michigan who does the same as I make large purchases of chlorine regularly. I was a loyal customer for 12 years. I purchased all my chemicals, accessories, toys and even a sand filter with motor. This year I purchased a new winter cover, not the cheap one but a middle grade. When we went to install it one of the covers seam was bad and just pulled apart. I went to return this cover and was told send it back to the manufacturer, SHE insisted I do that and was out of luck.
