Our trailer was purchased from the previous owners( Pat and Renee), and we were very pleased with every aspect of the sale. Recently scheduled service for roof maintenance which was required after 5 years of use. Sent pics, and agreed the roof required resealing at lap joints. Dealer is 1 1/2 hrs drive each way from my home. They had my trailer for 1 week, and absolutely nothing had been done to it. Was there earlier today getting my old Jayco camper pulled out of storage, getting a new battery and the wiring connecters serviced. Great service as usual and while killing some time, I went across the street to platinum RV, their parent company to get some camping supplies and look at their T@B travel trailers. I had a great discussion with one of the Salesman as to the benefits of having RV and living the dream.
Amazing service ! John was great in making sure we had everything we needed and had the best customer service !
