Jagger recently answered an emergency call to diagnose our water heater. He was prompt, professional and honest. Our old water heater has been on its last leg for a while now and he offered us multiple options to fix it and we decided ultimately to replace it. He was able to do so the same day and the work he did was very clean. He’s a great communicator and waked us through exactly what he would do. Under the Sea Plumbing & Drains was great to work with! We had a drain clog in our master bathroom that was affecting the toilet, shower, and sink. We had them come out and they video camera'd the line. The technician showed me the camera and explained that we had roots in our line and what the next steps were. We ended up having to replace the pipe because of the root invasion but they were able to get the repair done all in one day so we didn't have to get a hotel and we haven't had any issues since. They gave us a fair pr... read more
