Placed order in January with a ten to twelve week delivery window. After that window closed, weeks passed and several calls, I was provided with an expected delivery week. That passed with no contact from the store. I am now closing in on six months from the order date. The stores response to my complaint was “ read your contract, orders may not be cancelled.”
