Kirsten will assess your fitness level and will work with you to challenge you and help you achieve your fitness, nutrition and weight loss goals. Friendly and fun atmosphere to work out in. Feels like we've been friends forever! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start or continue on their fitness journey.
