Two days before Thanksgiving, the headlight died in our car. Changing this would be a very time consuming process, and the dealership wanted an arm and a leg and our first born child. I was scheduled to leave on a road trip to Florida, and Under the Hood was the only mechanic to respond- and prices were fantastic! The service was excellent, too! Liked to go to him. Till his wife joined. Went in asked if parts he used were new.(took car for quick inexpensive fix to different person. Was asked are these new. So here we go back to uthood) She was not happy about just asking question. Went and got him from back. She was so upset that anyone would ask such a question. I guess first time anyone ever had a negative thing to ask. But come to find out they were new. Just looked really bad. I let car sit in winter and car pool. So thats why i asked.
