The space is misrepresented drastically with the previews. Be mindful of the amount of seating needed because it probably won't be available unless you're elbow to elbow. Petite room is underwhelming per the pictures provided on their instagram. The communication with Ms. Elaine is very scatter-brained; She failed to provide documents that she stated she would leave in the rental and as a result of, had our event as scatter-brained as her, as we were told no tape on walls, no sticky ANYTHING on walls, the day of. Just had my granddaughters 3 year old party there and was very displeased with what was portrayed as for what was received. Very inadequate restroom arrangements causing us to go off the cuff with a quick change of mind setup. Things in the way that weren't in the contract but, "we couldn't move them". Upon contacting the owner/Rep I was told that since they were moved, even to have access to the space rented, we couldn't get the deposit back.
