From the minute I made an appointment to the end of it, Caitlin made me feel extremely comfortable and listened to. The survey before the appointment is very thorough and sets you up for success. When I got there, they let me go through the dresses myself and pick some that I would be interested in- which is so fun and most shops don't give you that opportunity.
