EDIT: Shae reached out and confirmed she hasn’t used ClassPass in years and never accepted my appointment. She was super kind and apologetic. This is 100% a class pass issue. Leaving this review here so that others don’t try to book through them and lose their money too! BEWARE! Not professional! I purchased a Groupon and made my appointment without issues (at first). She had me send her a picture of my voucher before making my appointment (strange, but I did it). Then I filled out this long thing on my medical history/needs. A few hours before my appointment, she text me saying she had to cancel because of the weather…it was going to rain.
