Sarah is an absolutely fantastic massage therapist. She's so knowledgeable about the body and the different ways muscles can interact and cause problems in other areas of the body. I have a connective tissue disorder and that knowledge as well as her awareness of my disorder and how it needs to be treated has been invaluable. So grateful to have found her!
Sarah provides absolutely LIFE CHANGING therapeutic massage techniques. She is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and has provided my whole family with massages that have significantly reduced debilitating pain in our back, legs, and feet. I have and would recommend Sarah's services to anyone I know suffering with severe pain or just looking for a relaxing massage. SARAH IS TRULY AMAZING!!!!!!

10/10 recommend! Seriously, after numerous spinal surgeries and thinking I’d have tension headaches for life, I have some relief! Sarah discovers the root of my pain and helps release that trigger point and works magic. The best my neck and shoulders have felt in years. Excited to see how my lower back responds to our upcoming treatments! It helps her space is so relaxing and comfortable too!
