The pressure was perfect and as an athlete, I would recommend too others!
I have suffered from chronic pain in my hips neck and back for 5 years now. There were days I couldn’t walk much or do little to no physical activity. I’ve tried physically therapy, acupuncture, other massages, non intense workouts and nothing has ever worked. Can only say amazing things about Keith! His bodywork is incredible - this isn't your "run of the mill spa massage" but rather what your body (muscles, joints, tendons, everything) is craving. I’ve been dealing with severe back pain as the result of a car accident. I’ve foam rolled consistently to try to stay out of pain and also regularly still go to the gym and go to chiropractors, ice baths, saunas, etc. to help manage pain. There is not a single thing I’ve done that has helped as much as working with Keith. He is extremely knowledgeable and is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been too.
