Under One Roof recently replaced our disintegrating garage roof with a metal one, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was amazing! They came in, did their thing, and left without a trace (except for the new roof, of course). Their professionalism exceeded all expectations. We are very happy with Under One Roof Construction and look forward to working with them on further projects.
As much as I’d love to skip posting this review altogether, here we are. Honestly, I’d give it a 2 or lower, but credit where credit’s due—the owner was responsive initially, based on a referral from another company. The owner seemed passionate about their business and was actually engaging when we spoke. After our initial site visit, we were excited to receive the promised proposal to finalize details, timeline, and budget for our project. I’ve been working with Steve and his crew for 2 years now on multiple projects. They just wrapped up some grading, drainage, irrigation and wood chipping. They are one of the most professional and hard working crews I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior projects. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past and I would go with this team over and over again.
Steve and his team added fill to our newly cleared front yard and built up shoulders to support the driveway. The work was efficient and well done - our yard looks better than I could have imagined. Steve had previously built the retaining wall and platform for our shed in the front yard as well - its held up very well. I highly recommend Under One Roof Construction!
New patio door does not close properly due to questionable workmanship. Door is not lined up properly against the inside frame. Space between the door and the jam varies which is not a good look. See pic. Exterior door knob sustained damage due to installer’s carelessness. New Screen door already showing signs of wear. Notified company but never received a proper response. Not recommended
