I’ve been working with Steve and his crew for 2 years now on multiple projects. They just wrapped up some grading, drainage, irrigation and wood chipping. They are one of the most professional and hard working crews I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior projects. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past and I would go with this team over and over again.
Steve and his team added fill to our newly cleared front yard and built up shoulders to support the driveway. The work was efficient and well done - our yard looks better than I could have imagined. Steve had previously built the retaining wall and platform for our shed in the front yard as well - its held up very well. I highly recommend Under One Roof Construction!
New patio door does not close properly due to questionable workmanship. Door is not lined up properly against the inside frame. Space between the door and the jam varies which is not a good look. See pic. Exterior door knob sustained damage due to installer’s carelessness. New Screen door already showing signs of wear. Notified company but never received a proper response. Not recommended
Steve and his crew came in to what was a horrible situation. We had suffered a house fire that took our our garage and part of the house next to it. Our rebuild ended up being the repairs plus a 700 sq ft addition. We had found a contractor through a facebook group that unfortunately ended up not being honest or capable. Steve and his crew built an ADU in our backyard in a very impressive time frame. Steve helped navigate all of the workings with the city and everything that went into the building of the ADU. The communication Steve kept with me throughout the whole project couldn't have been any better- he kept me up to date and answered any and all questions I had. We already have plans with Steve moving forward for landscaping work and will definitely be using Under One Roof for all future needs!
