Cannot say enough good things about Under One Roof Construction!!! Steve and his crew are second to none. Talented, hardworking, punctual, honest, transparent, respectful, efficient, and FAST! They are customer focused, solutions oriented, and an all around fantastic crew to have work on your property. We are so impressed that no sooner did project # 1 finish, we're scheduling them for project #2.
My experience with ordering multiple truck loads of loam, screened fill, gravel and stone was great! From ordering, delivery and payment the process couldn’t have been easier.
Under One Roof recently replaced our disintegrating garage roof with a metal one, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The team was amazing! They came in, did their thing, and left without a trace (except for the new roof, of course). Their professionalism exceeded all expectations. As much as I’d love to skip posting this review altogether, here we are. Honestly, I’d give it a 2 or lower, but credit where credit’s due—the owner was responsive initially, based on a referral from another company. I’ve been working with Steve and his crew for 2 years now on multiple projects. They just wrapped up some grading, drainage, irrigation and wood chipping. They are one of the most professional and hard working crews I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend them for both interior and exterior projects. I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past and I would go with this team over and over again.
