This was my first time having anything upholstered, and I had a great experience. They were mindful of my deadline, really listened to what I wanted, and helped guide me through the process with professional advice. I never felt like I was being sold to. They let me choose exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I love how it turned out and would definitely recommend them!
Found a fun, zebra-striped Ethan Allen chair someone put out on the sidewalk. Wanted it reupholstered in a fun, funky fabric for my backyard office. Could not be happier with the outcome! Under Cover Upholstery not only reupholstered the chair, they restored the aging cushions. It now feels wonderful to sit on and looks so awesome in my office. And I so appreciate the attention to detail. The price was great too!
From estimate to pickup, received my custom outdoor cushions in 8 weeks. (Note that in the photo one set of cushions looks like a slightly different color-it’s just the light hitting it. All the fabric is the same!) They are just what I asked for and envisioned. Process is fairly smooth though I wish their online system was set up for credit card payment (it’s an extra step to call to pay with a card.) These gals did an outstanding job on repairing my sofa cushions! I was very nervous going in, but they were very kind and patient and we found a solution that I could afford, and worked beautifully! And they were fast! I couldn’t be happier with my entire experience!!! Thank you thank you!
I've had two pieces done. Very fine attention to detail, even on the underside. Pricing is appropriate and timing is good. One piece had tufted buttons, which is difficult. Great work.
