Please change your store hours to reflect when you actually close and refuse to let customers in your store. We were at your store before posted closing time to do an even exchange and although a worker came to the door and we explained it was a quick even exchange for different size, the door was closed and we were turned away. If you are going to “close your registers”, lock your doors, and refuse customers prior to closing time, you should publicly change your posted hours and save folks the wasted trip.
