Thank you to you, Phil and your team, for the excellent roof paint job. Your men were a pleasure to have here whilst painting the roof of our house, and they are certainly hard workers. The weather was very inclement at the time and made for quite a lengthy delay, but there was always communication from you. Had our roof repainted and whirlybirds installed by Phil and the team and couldn't be happier with the result. Phil was professional, friendly and gave excellent advice, allowing me to prep the roof myself. We opted for a white roof and the heat in the house has dropped drastically in combination with the whirlybirds. Great value and very impressed with the quality of work. Thanks again to Phil and the team.

We would highly recommend Phil and his team at under 1 roof. They are hard working, reliable, extremely friendly and are reasonably priced. We had our house roof ,walls, windows, surrounding rocks and concrete, driveway and shead roof and walls all cleaned by under 1 roof.

Phil and his team did a superb job in cleaning the roof, fascias and gutters, and the external walls of our house. The roof was quite black, and there was bat poo on the walls of the house which had defied everything that I had thrown at it over the years. The guys were friendly and hard working, fast and efficient. They took great care of our garden plants and made sure that nothing was damaged. The house looks great now.
