Fantastic coaching staff with a very friendly community. I dropped in did a week and always felt welcome in whatever class I attended. It's especially nice that they have a barbell class in the evening.

Undefeated feels like a community more than a gym. I always feel comfortable to work to my personal best! The coaches are great and help modify workouts based on your goals and ability. I've dealt with some health issues that create limitations for me and I still feel like I can progress my training while working through or around things... always with encouragement and support instead of judgement
Great community, great coaches, and excellent programming with a variety of different types of workouts. Clean, lots of equipment, and very well run. There is a very wide demographic of athletes who train at Undefeated, and everyone who comes here is made to feel welcome whether they have been doing Crossfit for years or are brand new. I started at Undefeated in 2023 being mostly new to Crossfit-style training and have really been enjoying it 🙂
