When I joined, I immediately realized that most of the guys there were much more fit than me. After many years of training here, I can now confidently say that most of the ladies are too! It's delightful and humbling to be in the constant presence of greatness, it's the best community and coaching around.
UPDATE: Still here and still coaching! My 11 year old son came for his first open workout this week and asked when he could do his next class. Here for a good time and a long time! 2023 review- I came for a workout one day back in 2017 because the class suited my schedule. What I found was a blended family of coaches and teammates that are all in on community. I am 35 and in the best physical fitness of my life. Started attending classes at Undefeated in October 2021. Love the community, coaches, programming and most of all, amazing members! Grateful to have found this gym and have it as part of my fitness routine every week.
After competitive sport I was looking for a change and tried out many places. I looked no further than undefeated crossfit. The workouts are inclusive and for anyone. It's great to workout with people of different ages with a variety of backgrounds that just want to be fit!
