My experience at Undefeated CrossFit is still limited, as I’m a beginner, but the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I was honestly nervous about trying group fitness within CrossFit because of some negative experiences I had as a youth with sports programs and how I was treated by trainers. But now, I’m actually having a lot of fun, and the environment here feels comfortable and welcoming, like a second home.

When I joined, I immediately realized that most of the guys there were much more fit than me. After many years of training here, I can now confidently say that most of the ladies are too! It's delightful and humbling to be in the constant presence of greatness, it's the best community and coaching around.

UPDATE: Still here and still coaching! My 11 year old son came for his first open workout this week and asked when he could do his next class. Here for a good time and a long time! 2023 review- I came for a workout one day back in 2017 because the class suited my schedule. What I found was a blended family of coaches and teammates that are all in on community. I am 35 and in the best physical fitness of my life. Started attending classes at Undefeated in October 2021. Love the community, coaches, programming and most of all, amazing members! Grateful to have found this gym and have it as part of my fitness routine every week.
