Wonderful place! The owner makes you feel like family and has everything you need to get in tip top shape! It’s hard to find places like these!
Over priced. Run down facility. Has open electrical boxes, that are hanging from the ceilings. Outlets on some of the walls are open with the wires and plug hanging out which is an electrical hazard. Outdated equipment. There are way better places to workout that are much more cost effective with a greater return on your investment into the facility. Everything about this gym is amazing. They see you as a person and not just a membership. Everyone here motivates you to be the best version of yourself that you can be! The workouts are intense, but you leave feeling so accomplished and proud that you did it. I've been coming for 8 weeks and I've never felt so great!
Absolutely love the people and atmosphere, I'm very happy that I join th 6wk challenge. I definitely found my home away from home!!!!. Trisha
