Truly terrible customer service. Super rude, and the shipping charges are instane. They state that orders above a particular amount are "free of charge" but then if part of your order ships from a partner, they add a truly expensive shipping fee that is not proportionate to the speed or item size or shipping method.

This is a great website if you want to see some cool stuff but.....NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! Not only can you always find the products cheaper somewhere else, they also find the worst way to ship items to you. I just got burned, for the second time, on a FedEx bill for $37.34...for a $50.90 toy car for my grandson. This happened to me once before, so I was careful to read all the fine print before proceeding with the order. Nope, a month after I received the car, another bill from FedEx.
